I absolutely love European cakes, desserts, tarts, and cookies! Polish, French, and Greek are ones that you will find most often on my site. I use recipes from the old recipe notebooks given by my babcia (grandma) and looking for traditional recipes became my passion (and an obsession a little bit too!). You will find me taking traditional recipes and putting my own touch in some of my bakes. I also like to mix elements, Polish sponge with French mousse. Delish!
All my bakes are made from scratch. I appreciate the instant custards and pre-packaged box cakes but find the best testing bakes when I make them from scratch. They really don’t take that much more time, and you know exactly what ingredients are in it!
